A walk to remember
A confession, I haven't seen this movie yet. Watching this 4-minute-48-second clip made my mind wander through so many places. I felt that I have been staring at the monitor for 10 minutes, and I have to click on "replay" so many times to relive that piercing feeling. It is not everyday you feel a wonderful aching feeling that make you wish to have that somebody, that somebody that would make life beautiful. So beautiful, you won't regret to die, knowing you had everything life has to offer.
Lucky is someone with someone willing to lose so much. When everything he has to give up is nothing compared to a second, a minute, a fraction of your lifetime. Rare is someone who would change so much because he has fallen so helplessly in love with a clueless outcast.
It never fails to amaze people to witness a popular hot guy sincerely love a girl you would barely notice on the hallway. When even a glance from him would seem to be impossible. When he is like a star, loved by everyone, looked up to by everyone , you could only see him from afar, admitting you belong to different worlds. When all of the time he is freakingly so handsome, being beside him makes you feel like a dust. When only a miracle could bring the both of you together. And that miracle would include him breaking someone's face because that someone made fun of you. That miracle include him embracing your father because he's so hurt by a misunderstanding between the two of you. That miracle include him accepting who you are, what you are, and all you'll ever be. That miracle include him being the best that he can be...because of you. When those miracles make it so difficult for you to admit that you have fallen in love but you have to walk away, or you feel you have to walk away because he is a star, he is dream and you are...you are just you.
I honestly find it so sweet, nearly heartbreaking to know someone will go out of the way to fulfill wishes you seriously believe won't come true.
If only there a real Landons, or if only there are more Landons in this world, there are would be less miserable girls out there. And there would be more love in this world.
Okay, let’s talk about the weather.
It is a perfect day for me when the langit is makulimlim (all of us can understand Tagalog, right?), there is rain (not the heavy type, I am still paranoid because of Pepeng), it is mahangin sa labas and most of all, NO WORK! Staying inside the house at this king of weather is bliss! Sarap mag-emote (even if there’s no reason to emote). May katamaran level soars. All I wanted is to eat, sleep, surf the internet, draw and ahem… pray. Or maybe I could dance in the rain (which I can’t because I have sipon). Here are some pics I googled..
Obviously this is not me in the picture.
This is a delight. Isn’t it so sweet holding hands under the umbrella while raining with pasway sway pa (HHUUWRWPPP, whoah!) when you and lovee grow old and ancient together? (calling Dooooms, if you ever read this)
Hay, ulan. Buhos lang. Basta ba matuyo ang labada, at wag lang kaming bahain. :D
Ken is now a official movie goer. At age five, he had seen movie theater for the first time (His dad resisted to allow him when he was younger). And he was so thrilled to be watching Ironman 2. He made all the best efforts to be able to come and watch it with us. He's been watching the cartoon series at CN. As much as he enjoyed the movie, he was bit uncomfortable with the chair because he keeps falling. So I opted to carry him (Sana di na lang sya nagbayad. Ano ito? bus? haha!)
After the movie, we had superb dinner at Midway Grill. Thanks to our Daddy D!
Had not taken any pics :( . Anyways, I'll try to update this blog as often as possible...
till next post!
I am sure nobody gives a damn on my blog, much more react to it! So I' d rather post whatever decent statements I'd like since I think I am the only one reading this piece of crap.
I am the opposite of inspired.
There are a lot of things I'd really like to do or write about. I wonder what's stopping me. Is it apprehension? fear? I really don't know.
On the million things I'd like to do, about 0.2% came true. I had always put off great ideas because of "many reasons". I thought finishing the "much more" important things would make me satisfied(well, they did), but I was not fully happy.
Little things, little things...
I hope to drown with a gazillion of lovely ideas..
This blog will be a witness..
Procrastination. Walk away from me...
